Bridal Registry Policy
Thank you so much for choosing to create your bridal registry with us at Emmie’s! As you begin your new life together as husband and wife, we are here to help in any way and want to make this process easy and seamless. If we can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are most grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you in the coming months and look forward to celebrating with you as your wedding day approaches!
All registries are created in store by appointment only to ensure that we are able to give you our undivided attention. If you would like to set up an appointment, please email us at emmiesfinegifts@gmail.com.
Please review the policies below.
Receiving Gifts: You will be notified by text, email or phone call when you have gifts to pick up in store. If you are having a local shower in Statesboro, we will offer delivery services of the gifts for the showers upon the request of your guest purchasing the gift.
Gift Cards: If a customer purchases a gift from your registry and it is not in stock or if it is a personalized gift, we will provide you with a gift card for that item. The card will be wrapped and will state what gift was purchased and who purchased the gift. Within one month after your wedding, please bring in all of your gift cards to the store. An order for these items will not be placed until we receive your cards. Once you bring in the gift cards, we can either order the purchased items or we can provide you with store credit and you can use the credit for any item(s) in store. This store credit must be used within six months of your wedding date. An order for these items will not be placed until we receive your cards.
Credit/Exchanges: We will gladly exchange any gift purchased from our store. However, any monogrammed or personalized items ordered are final sale and are not eligible to be exchanged or returned. Exchanges or credit received for the returned gifts must be used within six months from your wedding date.
