Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us!  

You may return any gift purchased from Emmie’s within 14 days of the purchase date for either store credit or an exchange. Store credit expires 12 months from the date issued. If the item shows any signs of damage or use, the item will not be accepted for return.  

Any sale or discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. In the event an item is not in stock when ordered, the item is then considered a special order and may not be returned or exchanged. Please reach out to us via email if you have any questions about your purchase or the return/exchange process at emmiesfinegifts@gmail.com.

Return Process

• Ship your return to the following address:

• All items must be in their original packaging.

• The return package must be postmarked within 14 business days of receipt, after this time the return will not be accepted.

• Please be sure to choose a shipping method that has a tracking system.

• Once the returned package is received, we will ensure the item(s) is not damaged or used and email you with your credit or exchange update.

Shipping Information

Most items ship within 24 hours. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or national holidays.

In order to ship, we must have a physical address. We are not liable if given an undeliverable address and items get returned. Once items are returned, Emmie’s will issue store credit minus the shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover shipping costs when returning an item.

Processing

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of the order date once the invoice is paid. We do our best to keep our items in stock at all times; however, there are times that some items may be on backorder or sold out. In those cases, we will wait to ship all of your items together, unless requested otherwise by the customer. In that case there will be an additional fee.

Transit Times

We use USPS Ground Delivery for all shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your package.
